Number of Delegates by each unit should be intimated to Bangalore Circle Well before 30 days of Conference to arrange accommodation & Conference Hall. It is mandatory, information received after 15 September 2014 will not be entertained.  This is for the information of CHQ & Other units.  Kindly Co-operate as it is very difficult to book                                                                        accommodation at Bangalore.
